Japandi House
The clients wanted a true Design + Build experience. Newberry led the home and Aquascapes was asked to create a pool and outdoor living space that felt authentically Japandi. Calm geometry, warm natural materials, and a layout that frames water views were the non-negotiables.
The owner swims laps, so the pool had to work for daily exercise and entertaining. We delivered a lap-friendly custom pool and outdoor living environment that extends the home’s Scandinavian lines and Japanese sensibility. The design aligns with the home’s Organic Architecture so the landscape remains the focus while the pool feels inevitable within it.
